* The payment of the amounts must be made up to 48 business hours in advance of the event, and the receipt is not identified, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
* The tour, when there is a meeting point, leaves promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive early for boarding. Passengers who are not present at the points during the departure time will not be entitled to any type of refund or rescheduling of
dates.* The services may be canceled by the company due to weather conditions, training or force majeure factors that prevent that activity. If the purchase was made directly with the LINHA BELLA company, the amount will be fully reimbursed to the passenger within 7 business days, via bank deposit. If the purchase was made with a third party, the passenger must seek a refund directly with the place where the purchase was made, in compliance with the cancellation and refund policy of
that place.* The services are operated on a regular basis, that is, the amount corresponds to the service performed with more people in the same vehicle.
* When contracted with transportation, the company vehicle will pick up and drop off the passenger at the hotel where the passenger is staying in Gramado or Canela, or even at meeting points. We do not offer pick-up services at residential/Airbnb addresses.
* All activities are subject to changing dates and times, depending on the agency's internal schedule and service partners.
* Policies for children and older ages should be consulted at the time of purchase, as they vary depending on the product.
* For all services contracted with the company LINHA BELLA, it is necessary to carry the original ID or CNH document to carry out the service/tour. Children who do not have an ID must carry a birth certificate
.* Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation voucher, check that all the information contained is correct.
* For the correct use of the purchased services, check your voucher for instructions on what it includes and what it does not include in the purchase made.
* FOR ONLINE PURCHASES, on the LINHA BELLA website, you can request a refund up to 7 (seven) days after your purchase is made (if the product has not been used), in accordance with the online shopping law.
* Cancellations of services purchased at collective purchasing sites, agencies and partner operators must be requested directly at the place of purchase, in compliance with the cancellation and refund policy of this location.
* To cancel the services up to 48 hours before the date of the contracted service, administrative fees of 10% (ten percent of the amount) of the total purchase amount will be charged. The return of 90% of the total amount will be made via bank deposit within 7 business days or when the purchase is made by credit card, it will be reimbursed in the same number of installments. IF THE WITHDRAWAL OCCURS LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE OF THE TOUR, OR AFTER THE DATE THE SERVICE WAS SCHEDULED, THERE WILL BE NO RETURN, except in the
