At Cantina Linha Bella it's impossible to resist the sin of gluttony.
Restaurant inspired by the old Italian cellars where families gathered to celebrate and be fed up. Our Buffet includes a wide variety of salads, 4 types of pasta, 3 types of sauces, roasted chicken, free-range chicken, pork ribs, soft polenta, rice, beans, lasagna, as well as delicious desserts that bring memories of the flavors of Nona.

1) For services purchased with transportation from hotels or hostels, a message will be sent via WHATSAPP to your cell phone confirming the time of your tour (ONE DAY IN ADVANCE) and/or dinner (ON THE SCHEDULED DAY). 2) Always wait at the reception of the hotel or inn according to the schedule, otherwise we will understand that you will not use the service and it will not be refunded. WE REMIND YOU THAT THERE ARE NO CALLS IN THE APARTMENTS.
3) Reservations made will only be confirmed upon payment.
4) The payment of the amounts must be made up to 48 business hours in advance of the event. If the receipt is not identified, the reservation will be automatically terminated.
5) When the tour has a meeting point, they leave on time at the scheduled time. Please arrive early for boarding. Passengers who are not present at the points at the departure time will not be entitled to any type of refund or rescheduling of dates.
6) The services may be canceled by the company due to weather conditions, training, or force majeure factors that prevent that activity. If the purchase was made directly with the company LINHA BELLA, the amount will be fully reimbursed to the passenger within 7 business days via bank deposit. If the purchase was made with third parties, the passenger must seek a refund directly with the place where the purchase was made, in compliance with the cancellation and refund policy of this place.
7) The services are operated on a regular basis, that is, the price corresponds to the service performed with more people in the same vehicle.
8) The services can be performed in cars, vans, minibuses or buses owned or contracted by the company Linha Bella, and the use of private vehicles for this itinerary is not authorized.
9) When contracted with transportation, the company vehicle will pick up and drop off the passenger at the hotel where the passenger is staying in Gramado or Canela, or at meeting points. We do not offer search services at residence/Airbnb addresses.
10) All activities are subject to changes in dates and times, depending on the agency's internal schedule and service partners.
11) Policies for children and older age should be consulted at the time of purchase, as they vary according to the product.
12) In all services contracted with the company LINHA BELLA, it is necessary to carry the original ID or CNH document to perform the service/tour. Children who do not have an ID must have a birth certificate.
13) After receiving the booking confirmation voucher, verify that all information contained is correct.
14) For the correct use of the services purchased, check your voucher for instructions on what is included and what is not included in the purchase made.
15) FOR ONLINE PURCHASES, on the LINHA BELLA website, you can request a refund up to 7 (seven) days after the purchase is made (if the product has not been used), in accordance with the online purchasing law.
16) Cancellations of services purchased on collective purchasing sites, branches and partner operators must be requested directly at the place of purchase, in compliance with the cancellation and refund policy of this place.
17) To cancel the services up to 48 hours before the date of the contracted service, administrative fees of 10% (ten percent of the amount) of the total purchase amount will be charged. 90% of the total amount will be refunded via bank deposit within 7 business days or when the purchase is made by credit card, the same amount of installments will be reimbursed. IF THE WITHDRAWAL OCCURS LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE OF THE TOUR, OR AFTER THE DATE OF SCHEDULING THE SERVICE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, except in the case of presentation of a medical certificate.
18) Amounts paid will not be refunded if passengers do not show up on the appointment date and services contracted less than 24 hours before the scheduled date and will be considered for the show.

21) Because it is a shared tour, pets are not allowed.

23) There are no specific accents in the Linha Bella Cantina for the Linha Bella Tour, lunch and dinner, and it is not possible to choose the location of your accommodation.
