An evening of immersion in the culture and cuisine of ancient Italian families who gathered in the basements of their houses to celebrate life with joy. At Cantina Linha Bella you will be warmly welcomed by our bagpiper singing Italian songs.

Amidst the cozy atmosphere and detailed decoration, you will be fed up with the delicious typical regional Italian buffet consisting of capeletti soup, a variety of pasta and sauces, soft and stuffed polenta, lasagna, pork shoulder, ossobuco, Italian-style chicken, as well as a large table of cheeses, salami, salads and appetizers, not to forget our desserts with the flavor of the grandmother's delights that remind us of good memories. During dinner you will have the pleasure of listening to Italian classics sung by a tenor and a soprana, you will dance with us to the songs America and La Bella Polenta and you will feel the unique energy that our house has. Finally, you will enjoy a very fun theater that tells the story of an Italian family from the interior that is adapting to the city's modernity.

Starting at 20:00 and closing around 22:30. (we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes early

1) For services purchased with transportation departing from hotels or inns, a message will be sent via WHATSAPP to your cell phone confirming the time of your tour (ONE DAY IN ADVANCE) and/or dinner (ON THE SCHEDULED DAY). If you don't receive any message, request this information (just contact our call center with your reservation number and/or name at (54) 9 9120-9496

2) Always wait at the reception of the hotel or inn, according to the schedule, otherwise we will understand that you will not use the service and it will not be refunded. WE REMIND YOU THAT THERE ARE NO CALLS IN THE APARTMENTS

3) Reservations made will only be confirmed upon payment.



4) The payment of the amounts must be made up to 48 business hours in advance of the event, and the receipt is not identified, the reservation will be automatically canceled.



5) The tour, when there is a meeting point, leaves punctually at the scheduled time. Please arrive early for boarding. Passengers who are not present at the points during the departure time will not be entitled to any type of refund or rescheduling of

dates.

6) The services may be canceled by the company due to weather conditions, training or force majeure factors that prevent that activity. If the purchase was made directly with the LINHA BELLA company, the amount will be fully reimbursed to the passenger within 7 business days, via bank deposit. If the purchase was made with a third party, the passenger must seek a refund directly with the place where the purchase was made, in compliance with the cancellation and refund policy of

that place.

7) The services are operated on a regular basis, that is, the amount corresponds to the service performed with more people in the same vehicle.



8) The services can be performed in cars, vans, minibuses or buses owned/contracted by the Linha Bella company, and the use of private vehicles is not authorized for this itinerary.



9) When contracted with transportation, the company vehicle will pick up and drop off the passenger at the hotel where the passenger is staying in Gramado or Canela, or even at meeting points. We do not offer search services at residential/Airbnb addresses.



10) All activities are subject to changing dates and times, depending on the agency's internal schedule and service partners.





11) Policies for children and older ages should be consulted at the time of purchase, as they vary depending on the product.



12) For all services contracted with the company LINHA BELLA, it is necessary to carry the original ID or CNH document to carry out the service/tour. Children who do not have an ID must carry a birth certificate

13) Upon receiving the booking confirmation voucher, check that all the information contained is correct.



14) For the correct use of the purchased services, check your voucher for instructions on what it includes and what it does not include in the purchase made.



15) FOR ONLINE PURCHASES, on the LINHA BELLA website, you can request a refund up to 7 (seven) days after your purchase is made (if the product has not been used), in accordance with the online shopping law.



16) Cancellations of services purchased at collective purchasing sites, agencies and partner operators must be requested directly at the place of purchase, in compliance with the cancellation and refund policy of this location.



17) To cancel the services up to 48 hours before the date of the contracted service, administrative fees of 10% (ten percent of the amount) of the total purchase amount will be charged. The return of 90% of the total amount will be made via bank deposit within 7 business days or when the purchase is made by credit card, it will be reimbursed in the same number of installments. IF THE WITHDRAWAL OCCURS LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE OF THE TOUR, OR AFTER THE DATE THE SERVICE WAS SCHEDULED, THERE WILL BE NO RETURN, except in the

case of presentation of a medical certificate.

18) There will be no refund of amounts paid if passengers do not show up on the appointment date and services contracted less than 24 hours before their due date, being considered at the show.



19) Cancellation requests made directly with the Linha Bella company must be made by calling the on-call number (54) 9 9120-9496 or through our e-mail: reservas@linhabella.com.br



20) The Linha Bella company reserves the right to image all passengers in order to be publicized on social networks.



21) As this is a shared tour, pets are not allowed.



22) We are not responsible for objects and belongings left inside vehicles.



23) There are no marked accents at the Cantina Linha Bella for the Linha Bella Tour, lunch and dinner, and it is not possible to choose the location of your accommodation.
