1) For services purchased with transportation departing from hotels or inns, a message will be sent via WHATSAPP to your cell phone confirming the time of your tour (ONE DAY IN ADVANCE) and/or dinner (ON THE SCHEDULED DAY). 2) Always wait at the reception of the hotel or inn, according to the schedule, otherwise we will understand that you will not use the service and it will not be refunded. WE REMIND YOU THAT THERE ARE NO CALLS IN THE APARTMENTS
3) Reservations made will only be confirmed upon payment.
4) The payment of the amounts must be made up to 48 business hours in advance of the event, and the receipt is not identified, the reservation will be automatically canceled
5) The tour, when there is a meeting point, leaves punctually at the scheduled time. Please arrive early for boarding. Passengers who are not present at the points during the departure time will not be entitled to any type of refund or rescheduling of

13) FOR ONLINE PURCHASES, on the LINHA BELLA website, you can request a refund up to 7 (seven) days after your purchase is made (if the product has not been used), in accordance with the online shopping law.
14) Cancellations of services purchased at collective purchasing sites, agencies and partner operators must be requested directly at the place of purchase, in compliance with the cancellation and refund policy of this location.
15) To cancel the services up to 48 hours before the date of the contracted service, administrative fees of 10% (ten percent of the amount) of the total purchase amount will be charged. The return of 90% of the total amount will be made via bank deposit within 7 business days or when the purchase is made by credit card, it will be reimbursed in the same number of installments. IF THE WITHDRAWAL OCCURS LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE OF THE TOUR, OR AFTER THE DATE THE SERVICE WAS SCHEDULED, THERE WILL BE NO RETURN, except in the
